Billing Arrangements:

Please note: From 1st January 2021, there may be a cost to patients for some elective procedures * (including Concession Card holders).

At this point in time we will continue to Bulk Bill patients with a current Health Care Card, Pension Card, children under 16years and Students for Standard and Long consultations.

• A current concession card must be presented to reception in order for your consultation to be bulk billed.

• New Patients who hold a current Health Care Card or Pension card will be charged for their initial visit, as per the above fees

• Some Minor procedures will incur a fee – please discuss these costs with your GP

McKid medical is a private mixed billing practice.

We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS & credit card payments. We have the ability to transmit your claim directly to Medicare for prompt processing of your Medicare rebate claim.

Please be aware that some procedures will incur a fee and these fees will be advised when making your procedure appointment.
